The Cube of Truth is a structured street outreach action. Screens show standard practices of animal exploitation, while one-to-one conversations invite the public to question them.
Organizers provide masks, signs and outreach cards. If you have one, bring a fully charged laptop or tablet with the standard Cube footage and VLC downloaded and ready to loop. Prepare your device beforehand: mute the sound, turn off Wi-Fi to save battery, maximize brightness and disable password locking during playback.

Avoid bags and personal belongings unless absolutely necessary. You must carry and look after everything you bring throughout the Cube. Organizers do not store belongings and are not responsible for them.
Wear plain black clothing suited to the weather, without graphics, other organizations’ logos or messages inconsistent with AV’s abolitionist position. Official AV clothing is welcome, except items displaying “animals · environment · health”. Do not wear animal-derived clothing or footwear, or any faux fur, including trims.

Respect chapter organizers and other volunteers, follow our structure and represent AV’s values. The seriousness and professionalism of our actions directly affect how the public perceives us.
Thank you for standing with us for the animals.
